AVS Congress 2016

Next year Congress is heading to Liverpool for a weekend of practicals, social events and lectures that isn't to be missed! The weekend starts with a pub crawl taking in the sights of Liverpool, and gives a chance for students from each of the UK and Ireland vet schools to get to know each other before the practicals and lectures on the Saturday. As usual several 'streams' will be on offer to give everyone as much choice and variety as possible. We will be making use of the excellent facilities at Leahurst during the weekend, near to the town of Neston. In the evening there will be a formal ball with entertainment laid on at Hulme Hall in Port Sunlight.

The Sunday morning is filled with more practicals and lectures, and the Congress concludes with the IVSA and AVS AGMs, which provide students and committee members alike a great chance to review the year and plan for the year to come.
