AWF Discussion Forum

Join the debate on animal welfare - register now for the 2015 AWF Discussion Forum. This annual event brings together vets, vet nurses, animal welfare organisations, the media and parliamentarians to confront current welfare issues and inspire change. Hot on the heels of the General Election we’ll be asking:

  • What can be done to tackle the over-population crisis that is compromising the welfare of a huge number of companion animals?
  • How can we stem the tide of illegal puppy imports?
  • Can research into stunning methods can improve welfare at slaughter?
  • How is the veterinary profession is rising to the challenge of antimicrobial resistance?
  • Are some advanced veterinary procedures simply a treatment too far?.

With a great speaker line up, lots of audience interaction and great networking opportunities, this is a high quality CPD event that’s not to be missed. Check out the full programme and book your place now
